INGREDIENTS

1 fully cooked spiral ham (8–10 lbs) 1 cup apricot jam 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp Olive Basin Sicilian Lemon Balsamic or Traditional Balsamic (optional, adds depth) ½ tsp ground ginger (optional) ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven: 325°F. Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan; cover tightly with foil.

2. Warm the ham: Bake 45 minutes.

3. Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, whisk together apricot jam, Dijon, honey, balsamic (if using), ginger, and pepper. Warm until smooth and pourable.

4. Glaze the ham: Remove foil and brush half the glaze over the ham, getting between slices.

5. Finish baking: Bake 20 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze.

6. Caramelize: Increase heat to 400°F and bake 10–12 minutes until glossy and lightly browned.

7. Rest & serve: Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Apricot Crumble Bars

INGREDIENTS

Crust & Crumble:

1 cup butter, melted 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup brown sugar 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:

1½ cups apricot jam 1 tsp lemon zest (optional but amazing)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven: 350°F. Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment.

2. Make crumb mixture: Stir melted butter, both sugars, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mixture should resemble soft crumbs.

3. Press crust: Press ⅔ of the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.

4. Add filling: Spread the apricot jam evenly over the crust. Sprinkle lemon zest on top if using.

5. Top with crumble: Crumble the remaining dough evenly over the jam layer.

6. Bake: 30–35 minutes or until lightly golden.

7. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
