Light, refreshing, and perfect for any season.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic 6–8 oz sparkling water or club soda 1–2 tsp honey or simple syrup (optional) Ice Fresh cranberries or raspberries (optional) Lemon slice or pear slice for garnish Mint sprig (optional)

Instructions

1. Fill a glass with ice.

2. Add Cranberry Pear White Balsamic and honey/simple syrup if using.

3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

4. Garnish with berries, lemon/pear slice, and mint.

5. Serve immediately.

Optional:
Swap club soda for Prosecco for a light cocktail version.

Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Fruit Salad

Bright, sweet, and perfectly balanced — the balsamic enhances the fruit instead of overpowering it.

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 cup blueberries 1 cup raspberries 1 cup pineapple chunks 2 cups grapes (red or green), halved 1 pear, diced (optional, but perfect pairing!) 2 Tbsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic 1 tsp honey or agave (optional) 1 tsp lemon juice Fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine all fruit.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic, honey, and lemon juice.

3. Pour the mixture over the fruit and toss gently to coat.

4. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.

5. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
