Recipes: Four Berry Jam Yogurt Parfait

A bright, layered parfait made with creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, and a swirl of Four Berry Jam. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light refreshing snack.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
2–3 Tbsp Four Berry Jam
½ cup granola
Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), optional
Honey (optional for drizzling)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Layer the yogurt: Add half of the yogurt to a glass or bowl.

2. Add the jam: Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of Four Berry Jam over the yogurt and gently swirl.

3. Add granola: Sprinkle a layer of granola.

4. Repeat: Add remaining yogurt, a little more jam, and another sprinkle of granola.

5. Finish: Top with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey if desired.

6. Serve immediately.

Four Berry Jam Pie

A juicy, sweet-tart berry pie made simple using Four Berry Jam for rich flavor and a perfectly set filling. Ideal for holidays, picnics, or anytime dessert cravings strike.

INGREDIENTS

1 jar Four Berry Jam (approx. 10–12 oz) 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp cornstarch (only if using frozen berries) 1 double pie crust (store-bought or homemade) 1 egg (for egg wash) 1 Tbsp sugar for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven: to 375°F.

2. Make the filling:
In a bowl, combine the Four Berry Jam, berries, lemon juice, and cornstarch (if needed). Mix gently to coat.

3. Assemble the pie:
- Place bottom crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- Pour in the berry filling.
- Add the top crust (whole, lattice, or cut-outs).

4. Seal & brush:
Crimp edges, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle lightly with sugar.

5. Bake:
Bake 40–50 minutes, until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.

6. Cool:
Let cool at least 2 hours so the filling can set.

7. Serve with: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of warmed Four Berry Jam.
