Grilled Garlic Bread

Crispy, smoky, and perfectly garlicky—this grilled garlic bread is the ultimate side for pasta, salads, grilled meats, and summer dinners. Made with Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil for bold, aromatic flavor in every bite.

INGREDIENTS

1 loaf ciabatta (or any firm, crusty bread), sliced ½–1 inch thick
Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil, for brushing and drizzling
Freshly grated Parmesan-Reggiano
Fresh chopped parsley, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the grill:
Heat your grill to medium. Lightly oil the grates using tongs and a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil.

2. Prepare the bread:
Brush both sides of each bread slice generously with Garlic Olive Oil.

3. Grill:
Place the slices on the hot grate. Grill for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden with grill marks. Watch closely—bread can toast quickly.

4. Finish:
Transfer to a platter and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan-Reggiano and parsley. Drizzle a little extra Garlic Olive Oil on top for deeper flavor, if desired.

5. Serve warm alongside pasta, soups, salads, or grilled dishes.

Garlic Balsamic Skillet Steak Tips

Tender steak tips seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic-balsamic pan sauce. Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil makes this dish incredibly aromatic and flavorful. Great served over mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

1½ lbs steak tips or sirloin, cut into 1–2 inch pieces
2 Tbsp Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves, minced (optional boost)
3 Tbsp Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season the steak:
Pat the steak tips dry. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Sear:
Heat the Garlic Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak tips in a single layer and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned (work in batches if needed).
Transfer steak to a plate.

3. Build the sauce:
Add minced garlic to the skillet (optional) and cook 30 seconds.
Stir in the balsamic vinegar and beef broth, scraping up any browned bits.

4. Simmer:
Return the steak tips to the skillet. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze.

5. Finish:
Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Mashed or roasted potatoes
Rice or quinoa
Garlic roasted green beans
Grilled vegetables
