INGREDIENTS
For the meatballs:
2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
For the sauce:
1 cup grape jelly
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the meatballs: Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, and seasonings. Roll into 1–1½ inch balls.
2. Brown (optional but recommended): Sear meatballs in a skillet until lightly browned.
3. Make the sauce: In a saucepan, whisk grape jelly, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire, and Dijon until melted and smooth.
4. Combine: Add meatballs to a slow cooker or baking dish. Pour sauce over.
5. Cook:
- Slow cooker: 3–4 hours on LOW
- Oven: Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, basting halfway
