Honey Mustard Ham & Swiss Sandwich

A warm, melty, sweet-savory sandwich made with Honey Dipping Mustard, black forest ham, and Swiss cheese. Perfect for a quick lunch, weekend bite, or easy crowd-pleaser.

INGREDIENTS

2 slices sourdough, brioche, or artisan white bread
2–3 Tbsp Honey Dipping Mustard
4–6 slices black forest ham
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp butter (for grilling)
Optional add-ons: sliced pickles, caramelized onions, arugula

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Assemble the sandwich:
Spread Honey Dipping Mustard on both slices of bread. Layer ham and Swiss cheese.

2. Grill:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwich and cook 3–4 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese is melted.

3. Serve warm with chips, soup, or a small side salad.

Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

A quick, bright, flavorful salmon dinner with a sticky honey-mustard glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven. Ready in under 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

4 salmon fillets
3 Tbsp Honey Dipping Mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Olive Basin Lemon Olive Oil (or EVOO)
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, for serving
Fresh parsley, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk Honey Dipping Mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

3. Glaze the salmon: Place salmon on the baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.

4. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and the glaze is slightly caramelized.

5. Serve: Top with lemon slices and parsley. Pairs great with rice, roasted veggies, or a light salad.
