Almond Butter & Raspberry Sandwich

A wholesome, elevated twist on a classic PB&J—creamy almond butter paired with bright, sweet red raspberry preserves. Perfect for lunch boxes, quick snacks, or a cozy afternoon treat.

INGREDIENTS

2 slices whole grain, sourdough, or brioche bread
2–3 Tbsp almond butter
1–2 Tbsp Red Raspberry Preserves
Optional additions:
Sliced bananas
Sliced strawberries
Chia seeds
A drizzle of honey
Thin layer of butter toasted onto bread

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lightly toast the bread if desired.

2. Spread almond butter generously on one slice.

3. Spread Red Raspberry Preserves on the other slice.

4. Add optional toppings if desired (banana slices are especially delicious).

5. Press together, slice in half, and serve immediately.

Red Raspberry Brownie Swirl Bars

Fudgy, rich chocolate brownies elevated with ribbons of tangy-sweet raspberry preserves. A beautiful and decadent dessert that looks impressive yet comes together easily.

INGREDIENTS

1 box brownie mix or your favorite homemade brownie batter
Ingredients required for the brownie mix (usually eggs, oil, water)
⅓–½ cup Red Raspberry Preserves
Optional: fresh raspberries or chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven according to brownie mix or recipe instructions.

2. Prepare brownie batter in a bowl.

3. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.

4. Warm the Red Raspberry Preserves slightly (10–15 seconds in microwave).

5. Spoon small dollops of preserves over top of the batter.

6. Use a butter knife to gently swirl the preserves into the batter.

7. Bake according to brownie instructions, adding 2–5 minutes if needed.

8. Cool completely, then slice into bars.

9. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or top with fresh raspberries.
