Recipes:
Strawberry Preserve Scone

Tender, buttery scones swirled with sweet strawberry preserves. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or pairing with coffee at your events. Easy, elegant, and always a customer favorite.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
6 Tbsp cold butter, cubed
¾ cup heavy cream (plus extra for brushing)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup Strawberry Preserves (swirled, not mixed in)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla. Pour into dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.

5. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface.

6. Gently fold in spoonfuls of Strawberry Preserves, creating ribbons—not fully mixing.

7. Shape into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut into 8 wedges.

8. Place on baking sheet, brush with cream, and bake 18–20 minutes or until golden.

9. Serve warm with additional strawberry preserves if desired.
